How to Apply:

  • If you can’t use the online form, get in touch with our team who can either take the information over the phone or send you a paper version.

  • The more information we have through the referral form the better our support will be. From time to time, if we cant help you directly, we will work with you and refer you to one of our statutory partners who may be able to help.

When dealing with disputes in the workplace, try to keep an ongoing record of what has happened, including dates and copies of any evidence such as emails.

  • When compleating your referral, let us know if you have any wider support and communication needs.

For example, let us know if you are nervous speaking on the phone and would prefer us to communicate via email.

  • We will get in touch within 5 working days to acknowledge that we have received your referral form and to tell you the timescales for our team to be in touch.

In the event, there is a waiting list for the service we will let you know how long it is.

“The help and reassurance I received from the (Learnest) team, when I thought all hope was lost, has honestly saved my life, thankyou!”
