Alex is a freelance countertenor, singing teacher and LGBTQ+ advocate. Whilst he was a choral scholar at New College Oxford (2008-9), he also began his mentoring practice as LGBTQ+ Officer, training in active listening with the Oxford University Counselling Service.
Using his combined experience as a classical singing teacher and LGBTQ+ advocate, and as a bi person, he is able to provide an informed, friendly, and non-judgmental ear to LGBTQ+ people of all ages and specialises in working with people exploring their queer identity through music and theatre.
