With over a decade of experience working in the mental health field, in both managerial and front-line roles, Rossella brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a keen desire to learn/share skills to any project she is involved in.
Both clinically and ILM trained, Rossella has led clinical teams within NHS-compliant services for several years and has developed specialist services for marginalised communities.
Her professional experience includes deputising on national steering groups such as the National Suicide Prevention Policy and Strategy working group, developing the infrastructure needed for statutory funded mental health services, and upskilled teams across all sectors through training, consultancy work and policy writing.
Rossella has experience engaging with various stakeholders in the charity, public and private sectors, including local and national funders. As a Director at Learnest, Rossella takes a lead in Supervising the Staff & Mentors, and she is the Safeguarding lead for the organisation.
